Bruce Schulman - (WG '99)
Co-Chairman
Bruce is the Founder/Managing Partner of ES Capital Partners and has been investing in the industrial, environmental, and energy sectors since 1994 with a focus on later stage middle market opportunities. In addition to ES Capital, Bruce is also a Managing Partner at NGP Energy Technology Partners and a Senior Advisor to Black Bay Partners. Prior to his current roles, Bruce worked for Allied Capital, where he led or co-led the firm’s energy investing activities. Bruce also held positions with middle market private equity firms Saw Mill Capital and JP Morgan Capital. Early in his career, Bruce spent time with Bechtel Enterprises, the finance and investment arm of the global engineering and construction firm, as well as a market research/marketing consultant.
Bruce is the current Chairman of Living Earth, Industrial Specialty Services, and High to Low Voltage, and a former Chairman/lead board member for Waste Resource Management, Penn Power Group, Managed Pressure Operations, Industrial Air Tool, Turner Bros., Service Champ, Air2, Hot Stuff Foods, and Startec Global Communications. Bruce is also the current Co-Chairman of the Wharton Private Equity and Venture Capital Association and former Chairman of the Wharton Alumni Executive Board.
