Wharton PE & VC Women's NYC Networking Dinner

Join Us and Your Fellow Alumnae . . .
The Wharton Women in PE & VC Initiative is hosting a Women's Networking Dinner—exclusively for female alumni investment professionals—during NYC's Restaurant Week.
Balancing Ambition, Life, and Longevity
Hosted by Marilyn Adler (WG'91), Managing Partner of Mizzen Capital
Join us for an intimate dinner on sustaining a long-term career in finance without burnout or compromise. The evening will center on candid conversation around Marilyn’s career trajectory, lessons learned building and investing in businesses, and the realities of navigating leadership as a woman in finance. Marilyn was just recognized in the 2026 Mergers & Acquisitions magazine's list of Most Influential Woman in Mid-Market M&A.
Designed as a small, off-the-record gathering, the dinner will create space for meaningful dialogue, shared experiences, and peer connection among women at different stages of their investing careers. Attendees can expect thoughtful discussion, practical insights, and an opportunity to build lasting relationships within the Wharton/UPenn women’s investor community.
