Position Description:
We're seeking intellectually curious and entrepreneurial Associates to lead financial and strategic diligence on potential acquisitions across Latin America and North America. You’ll build models (LBOs, DCFs), prepare investment memos, support transaction execution, and help manage integration and performance post-close.

Ideal candidates have:

• 2–4 years of experience in PE, IB, or consulting

• Deep modeling and diligence skills

• Familiarity with blockchain/crypto business models (a plus)

• Spanish fluency (a plus)

• Experience or interest in LatAm telecom or financial services sectors
