MonCap is seeking an experienced investment professional to join its team. Candidates should have at least 4 years of finance experience, including at least 2 years on the buyside.
MonCap is a value-centric investment firm backed by some of the world’s largest family offices and institutions. Founded in 2021, our firm is located in Boulder, CO and focuses on applying a private equity discipline to the growth markets.

MonCap invests $10-$100 million per deal as the result of carefully cultivated relationships, proprietary access, exhaustive diligence and a track record of positively influencing outcomes. Requirements:
• At least 4 years of financial work experience, including:
- At least 2 years on the buyside; and
- At least 2 years in investment banking or something similar
• Experience executing investments from inception to closing
• Strong quantitative skills, specifically waterfall modeling and return analysis
• High degree of comfort and familiarity navigating legal documents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Low ego and a willingness to roll-up sleeves when needed
