While the markets for investing in distressed assets may have sky-rocketed in recent months, there are still a slew of issues to be navigated, for both seasoned and first time investors. Speakers will address issues ranging from the affect of proposed Government regulations on investments in distressed sectors, and their industry specific investment strategies for opportunities in the automotive, real estate and banking markets.
The event will bring together a select group of 100-115 senior investment professionals focused on the distressed space, buyout and bankruptcy deal makers, institutional investors, CEOs & Board members of public and private large cap and mid cap corporations, complementary areas of executive leadership (CFOs & COOs), and select advisory firms. The event is single track, with scheduled networking breaks throughout the day. Please note that the limited seating for members of the advisory community is offered first to those that are supporting the event as sponsors.
